Bridgemarq Real Estate Services (the “Company”) is managed by Bridgemarq Real Estate Services Manager Limited (the “Manager’), a wholly owned subsidiary of Brookfield Business Partners L.P. (“Brookfield Business Partners”). Brookfield Business Partners indirectly owns securities representing approximately 28% of the voting rights of the Company. The services and management of Bridgemarq are delivered through a Management Services Agreement (“MSA”) with the Manager.

 

The Manager carries out Bridgemarq’s strategy, which is to continue to grow by expanding Bridgemarq’s REALTOR®* network through organic agent recruitment, improving agent retention, increasing REALTOR®  productivity, acquisitions, and increasing the Company's ancillary revenues including mortgage referral fee revenues, commercial franchise fees and lead management support services.
